Home Credit
Home credit is a simple and straightforward way to borrow and can be the perfect short term solution to those unexpected costs for those who may not have access to credit elsewhere.
Home credit caters for smaller value loans that many other lenders won’t consider.
Home credit is transparent in that there are no hidden fees or charges outside of the fixed sum of interest payable over the term of the loan.
Home credit providers realise that not everyone will have a perfect credit history and that things can change very quickly and unexpectedly so no decision is made until a current affordability assessment is completed.
All home credit providers will complete an affordability assessment before every loan to ensure that the loan is both right and affordable for the customer and that repayments will be sustainable throughout the term of the loan without any undue difficulties.
Home credit uses a more personal touch and engages with its customers through its home collection model.
Whilst cash is still the most popular option amongst our customers, loans can be delivered via Bacs directly into a bank account if preferable. Similarly, whilst all loans are home collected credit, payment options are variable from cash or debit card to our local collector or via Continuous Payment Authority directly from a bank account.
We are one of many authorised home credit lenders in the UK but there are also many illegal operators. Always check the legitimacy of the lender before you engage with them, You can do this by searching the FCA Register.
